THIS WEEK'S TOPIC
Louis Pasteur said "Fortune favors the prepared mind." Much of what your business does can be managed through systems that you set in place, freeing you to focus on the future. By looking beyond the horizon, preparing a long-term vision and a long-term plan, you prepare yourself to grab opportunities as they arise. Learn how to chart a course to build an enterprise that will sustain itself long into the future and the steps to put that plan into practice.

SESSION DATES
The program runs five weeks. Each session is independent of the others. You can attend any or all sessions.

THE SERIES
Meet you, the toughest boss you ever had. Nobody could push you as hard as you push yourself. Sound familiar? If so, come to our five-week program to take the stress and strain out of running a business by learning how to hire smart, delegate, and get back to focusing on business growth. Learn to lead by inspiration and become someone people want to follow. The program includes focused material and examples of how to take your business forward, along with plenty of time for Q&A.

After all, many people dream of starting their own business and being their own boss. This dream comes true for many people and raises tremendous enthusiasm and excitement. How can you maintain that enthusiasm, avoid being overwhelmed by responsibility, and grab new opportunities when they arise? How do you find the resources of time and energy to fulfill your vision for your business? What if the market changes and you find yourself becoming the world's best buggy-whip manufacturer in the age of the automobile? How do you cope with all this?

John Coleman has the answers. He's already lived it, so you don't have to: the ups and downs, the stress and strain, the excitement of saying "We did it! We built this business ourselves!" Here's your chance to learn from his mistakes and take lessons from his successes. In this five-week program, you'll gain the tools that help you manage your business, rather than letting your business manage you. You'll learn new skills in management, creative problem solving, and focus, eliminating the stress of running a business and maximizing the excitement of building your dream.

The presentation is free and open to anyone with an interest in business startups and growth companies, including college students, entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, and professional service providers. Time will be available before and after the presentation to mingle and share ideas.
